Service Agreement

These terms outline how Panda Trip designs private travel services and supports guests before and during a journey.

Tailor-made travel planning

Panda Trip creates customized travel proposals based on your dates, interests, pace, group size, and preferred comfort level.

Final availability, pricing, guides, accommodation, transfers, and local experiences are confirmed after direct communication with our team.

Guests should provide accurate travel information, valid documents, and any dietary, accessibility, health, or safety needs before departure.
